The Sadhana Center Center of Vermont
The Sadhana Center of Vermont is a monastery that provides a safe space for sadhana practitioners to reside, live in a communal supportive setting in order deepen their daily sadhana practice and move to self-realization.
The monasteries mission is to provide safe haven for Raja Yoga Devotees to establish a daily sadhana practice, conduct daily Aarti, and promote and share Sanātana Dharma (Oneness, non-duality, universal truth) with the public. as inspired thru Swami Kripalu, Swami Yogananda, Guru Nanak/Guru Ram Das, Bab Siri Chand.
Public Schedule
Tuesday 7 pm: Meditation in Motion, Gong or singing bowel meditation
Thursday 7 pm: Yoga and Meditation
Sunday 8 am: Morning Sadhana
Sunday 11 am: Satsung
(Public interest will dictate adding more gatherings)
